Small Events
Wedding Showers, Baby Showers, Graduation Parties, Birthday Parties, Reunions, Celebrations of Life
Book your small events with us for $200, 4 hrs. Additional hours can be booked at $50/hr. Options for self clean up or we can clean up for additional fee.
Weddings
We'll help you create a tailor-made solution that's specific to your needs and wants. Maximum 200 guests.
1 Day Rental $1200
2 Day Rental $2400
2.5 Day Rental $3000
Extras
- We offer to clean up for $250
- We have table linens you can rent for $5.00 each. We will put them out on the tables before you arrive. We currently have white and cream and black.
- Bridal area has 2 makeup/hair stations, a private bathroom, mini fridge & coffee maker.
- Groom area has a fridge & coffee maker.
- Caterer's Kitchen with a stand-up freezer, a double door reach in refrigerator, and a mobile reach In beer/refreshment cooler. We also have a kegerator.
- You can buy ice from us or bring your own.
- Kitchen roll-up windows allow food/drinks to be served inside and outside to the courtyard
- We have a variety of decorations that are free to be used if desired.
- Need a Bounce House, we have those for rent as well.
