Whether you are looking to host a Wedding of 200 guests or a Birthday for 25, we can create the perfect balance to make your vision come to life. We have a private courtyard as well that can also seat as many as 200 guests. We have revived this Historic Building in Downtown Crocker MO, saving the orginal 1902 brick walls! You have to see it to feel it's amazing warmth! We host tours 7 days a week. We have a dedicated building for all the decorations you are welcome to borrow, we have a cater's kitchen stocked with essentials so you don't have to worry about forgetting anything. We have an inhouse Bar, Catering Options, DJ and Livebands! Come celebrate in our town and see the difference our Small Town Staff can have on your World Class Events! Small Events
Wedding Showers, Baby Showers, Graduation Parties, Birthday Parties, Reunions, Celebrations of Life
Book your small events with us for $250, 4 hrs. Additional hours can be booked at $50/hr. Options for self clean up or we can clean up for additional fee of $100.
Weddings
We'll help you create a tailor-made solution that's specific to your needs and wants. Maximum 200 guests. We have a Private Courtyard for Ceremonies and Fun!

Extras
- We offer to clean up services: $100 for 4hr Events, $250 for Wedding Events
- We have table linens you can rent for $5.00 each. We will put them out on the tables before you arrive. We currently have white, cream, black, Green, Navy Blue and Burnt Orange.
- Bridal area has 3 makeup/hair stations, a private bathroom, mini fridge & coffee maker.
- Groom area located inside the Venue.
- Caterer's Kitchen with a double door reach in refrigerator
- We have our own inhouse Bar and Bartenders. $200 opens the bar, covers the mixers, cups, ice, bartender, etc. Your drinks are additional-Ask for our Updated Selections
- You can buy ice from us for $5 for 20lb Bag or bring your own.
- Kitchen slide open windows allow food/drinks to be served inside and outside to the courtyard
- We have a variety of decorations that are free to be used if desired.
- Need a Bounce House, we have those for rent as well.
